Alternative Rock Day Camp July 10-14 or July 24-28, 2023 Kaleidoscope School of Music, Issaquah WA Camps are 9 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday, for kids 10-17. Camp at Rock Academy is a fun, hands-on experience in creating a real rock band. We use alternative rock, punk, indie and grunge songs of the last 30 years as our curriculum.
American Banjo Camp - Adult September 7 - 10, 2023 Port Orchard, WA Spend a long weekend away from everyday life's toil and cares with nothing to do but hang out with world-famous teachers and play the 5-string banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bass, or more. ABC features four levels of instruction in bluegrass banjo and four levels of instruction in old-time banjo, as well as a full-time guitar track, a full-time fiddle track, and a full-time mandolin track! We even have a resident bass specialist who will teach some bass workshops.

Cello Day! One day event! July 8, 2023 Kenmore WA Announcing Cello Day 2023!, a one day event for cellists featuring a cello orchestra and smaller cello ensembles. During Cello Day 2023, participants will play in the large cello orchestra, break into sectional groups, and play one-on-a-part chamber music. It is an intense (and fun) day, concluding with a concert for your friends and family.
Chamber Music Intensive Camp June 25-29, 2023 Stanwood WA Immerse yourself in music, sharpen your skills, learn new repertoire, play with peers in a beautiful rural setting, train under experienced professional violinist/violist Sharyn Peterson and staff members of peterson Conservatory. Chamber Music Madness Summer Festival July 10 - 15, 2023 Seattle Waldorf High School The Summer Student Festival combines intensive chamber music education with lots of fun. Directed by Skyros Quartet, the festival is an incomparable week-long musical learning experience for middle school, high school, and college students.
Cornish Summer Music Programs Varies by program. Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle Every summer, hundreds of students gather on our vibrant downtown Seattle campus to attend a variety of classes taught by some of the region's best-known practicing artists and esteemed Cornish faculty.
Evergreen Music Festival Varies by session Varies by session A complete summer music experience for orchestral Instrumentalists ages 8-21. EMF features a day camp for younger musicians and an extended day camp for older musicians.
Girls Rock Day Camp June 26 - 30, 2023 Issaquah WA Camps are 9 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday, for kids 10-17. Camp at Rock Academy is a fun, hands-on experience in creating a real rock band. We use alternative rock, punk, indie and grunge songs of the last 30 years as our curriculum. We rehearse as a band for one week then perform a show for family and friends. Instrumentalists should have at least 1-2 years of playing experience and/or a current private instructor.
Icicle Creek Summer Camps Varies by class Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, Leavenworth, WA Young artists can pick from a host of options, from summer symphony and piano to acting, musical theater and filmmaking. Choose overnight or day-camp only options.
Karen Iglitzin-Zen Garden Chamber Music Varies by program Seattle WA Summer Day Camps in Seattle, ages 11 - 21. Camps generally will not exceed 16 participants. The venue has 2 outdoor canopies - one in the Zen Garden in the backyard, one in the front. There are also two large, indoor rooms. The camps enroll on a first come, first served basis. Due to the extreme limit on numbers, the spots often go very quickly.

Music NW Adult Chamber Music Camp - Adult Two weekends, check website Seattle WA Music Northwest invites adult musicians to spend two weekends in intensive chamber music rehearsals with outstanding Northwest coaches. A minimum of at least 3 years of experience on an instrument is required. (strings, woodwinds, french horn, piano.) Our program features coached rehearsals with artist-teachers. Rehearsal venues are arranged individually with each ensemble and the Camp Director following registration. Options include private home, public venue, or coaching studio. Already formed groups are welcome or we will match you up with an appropriate group.
Music NW Youth Chamber Music Camp August 21-26, 2023 Seattle WA Our Camp provides an alternative to music camps focused on large ensembles and orchestral playing. Instead, we offer an intensive five days of chamber music rehearsals in groups of 3 to 5 students working intimately with professional musicians who specialize in chamber music.

Summer String Academy JULY 23-28, 2023 Lazy F Camp, Ellensburg WA Connecting middle school students with professional musicians. Parents may choose to drop off students at Lazy F. A camp bus is also available (one way or round trip). On the first day of camp, the bus runs from Bellevue High School to Lazy F Camp and Retreat. On the last day of camp, the bus runs from Lazy F to Bellevue High School.
Summer Strings Camp with Tracy and BJ August 7 - August 10 Madrona Park, Seattle, WA For experienced string players ages 8-14, the goal of our camp is to make connections through music. This camp will be a great way to meet, learn, jam and perform along with other string players. We'll explore a wide range of music from classical to folk, jazz and pop. We'll learn tunes by ear, play musical games, improvise and explore playing in small large ensembles.

Suzuki Summer Cello Day Camp July 17-21, 2023 Our Redeemers Church in Ballard Campers will meet each morning from 9am - 12pm, and camp will culminate in a celebration concert on Friday the 21st. Classes will include all group warmups, musicianship, music history, music theory and cello ensembles. This is a camp for all ages and experience levels to give everyone a fun positive cello boost in the middle of the summer.
SYSO Summer Music July 10-21 & July 17-22, 2023 Shorecrest High School in Shoreline We provide a fun summer learning experience for students ages 6-15. This camp is perfect for musicians looking to play in an orchestra for the first time, as well as intermediate level students wanting a challenge.
Taste O' Music Day Camp Vary by Session Northern Mercer Island In this engaging 1 week summer camp, kids will try out a variety of 8 different instruments, ranging from flutes to cellos!
